Jimsthename is correct, the original site was for arabian life insurance (I won't post link) which you can only buy in Dubai and UAE. Oddly, it has a full FAQ section that explains everything the OP was asking.

And Scott did a good job of "reverting" back to the OP LOL

All being said, it appears this would be a good case for Chumps since he does a lot of insurance business in that area of the world
