Nevada Exchange - Don't Sign Up the First Week

And this is from a small state run health exchange, can't imagine how overwhelmed the federally run exchanges will be

State Program Getting Ready for Open Enrollment of Affordable Care Act - My News 4 - KRNV, Reno, NV

Open enrollment for the new health care starts on October 1st. The Nevada Exchange is recommending people sign up starting October 7th. They expect a big wave of people the first week, and that may clog up the system.

The Exchange Director is proud of their efforts and progress, but not very confident. If the premiums are high and the networks narrow, "clogging up" due to demand will be the least of the Silver State Exchange's problems.

I notice that almost no state exchange directors are using the word "Marketplace", like HHS wants them to.
