Are these sites frames based? How good are they to do seo?

$480/year to $720/year. Pricey. I know someone who will knock the socks off those prices and give you a better product.

Chump, I really love your website. I was looking at is last night. If I was a client, hell I would call you. If I was in health insurance, I would try and steal parts off of you site.

Mark...I have to admit that although I write the content, almost all of the credit should go to the web designer and other members of the Forum that offer great ideas.

The sites are not frames based. They're built from the ground-up with SEO in mind. The code is w3c compliant, indexes well, and you can very easily change your title and header tags (as well as the rest of the copy). We're providing support to our customers on how to optimize their sites for search engines.

For those of you that have set up sites with us - we've added a bunch of summer-themed promotions you can put on your homepage. We're continually adding new content to the library, too.
