New Car Jacking Scheme...             Go to Top

Figured I would pass this on...

BEWARE OF PAPER IN THE BACK WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICLE
NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKING (NOT A JOKE)

Heads up everyone!

You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside.
You start the engine and shift into Reverse.

When you look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.

When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car jackers
Appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off.
They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car.

And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car. So now the car jacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your home and your whole identity are now compromised!

BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED....

If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away. Remove the paper later. And be thankful that you read this.

A purse contains all kinds of personal information and identification documents, and you certainly do NOT want this to fall into the wrong hands.

Thank you.

Me too.. It sounded like a great way for some easy cash.. It didn't go as planned.

The first guy kicked my ass.

The next lady tried to run me over.

Not a great idea. I recommend sticking to hot-wiring or snatching cars that people leave in the driveway to warm-up in the morning.

While it may be an urban legend, people do do silly things. I don't recall whether it was Dateline or something else, but the gas station cameras caught people driving up alongside a vehicle, passenger gets out, opens victim's driver's side door (victim, of course, is next to pump), snatches purse, drives off. Something as simple as getting gas - always lock your doors.

Wow! just got this yesterday... this is still circulating? I wonder if the cop whose name appears at the bottom of email is real or if he is an urban legend too... who gives a s*** right?

Seems like a practical way to jack a car though, if some moron doesn't take the paper off BEFORE entering their car. huh?

Wouldn't it be funny if it were one of your Health Insurance flyers the jacker was using to paste to the back window.

Man, that would have to be a pretty large flyer. Maybe best to paste an open newspaper on the back window. Of course, that wouldn't be very noticeable.

Just park as far from the door as you can.

You will be able to see them coming that way.

Ever notice that the people who really need the extra walk are the ones who park the closest?

There's another carjacking scheme that is running out lately..

I was the victim of the latest scam which is happening in shopping mall parking lots. Two good looking young women come to your car as you are parking, one starts wiping your windshield with a rag and the other comes to your window and bends over so far her breasts just about fall out of her blouse.

While you're distracted, the other one lets herself in the backseat and then they both start begging you for a ride home. Be very wary, because as soon as you start driving, one of them will take off her shirt and rub her breasts on you while the other climbs over the seat and unzips your pants.

This is when they steal your wallet. I was robbed last Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but I couldn't find them on Saturday or Sunday.

Nice to be back here..

Val.
