Get orphan policyholders { I used to work at mutual, they have a great list of orphans} if the client has enough life ins, tell them about disability income - and vice versa. Mutual is a good company. If you have a good mgr, let them show you, let them train you, learn from them...

Get out of the mentality to do 1 product with 1 carrier....Concentrate on small business owners with health needs to get in the door. Many times their employees will follow suit. Now u have the opportunity to see more, sell more. Many Indy GA's are willing to give you a higher contract if you are willing to see more and sell more consistently..
