Hey everyone. I've been lurking here for quite a while and thought I'd introduce myself.

I have been in this industry for a while. I started out as a stock broker, and moved to financial planning. I then added insurance products to my portfolio so I could service my existing clients.

Recently, I joined a new agency to serve as the Recruiting Director. I hope to continue to learn about what independent agents are looking for and what my agency should be doing to improve.

I live on Long Island, work with people from other states mostly (when it comes to insurance).
