Look here is the deal ...word is miracle agency is terminating contracts if they find people outing this deal and agency's are rating out other agency's to cxl contracts....which may be a good thing.....but at any rate I do not want to kill deals on this for people seeking the truth......so really if anyone has a solid on the 3 big don't go after each other.....
I just had to post one thing on this amazingly long thread -- looking back I wish I would of never brought it up -- but I suppose if not me - some other poor soul.

Thank you for your post. I am a vocal person... as I write more, you will understand my joke (and how it pertains to me... pretty much every woman that I know but I am a city girl so we are pretty vocal and aggressive) and I do agree it needed a HA HA or LOL. I have just really had a bad few days.
I have taken it personally... it would happen to you if you were constantly saying "I am not doing what people are writing" and the next post is about how they can't believe that I am doing the very thing that I just said that I was not doing and then when I would try to defend myself, I would have something rude said to me. It will wear on you after a while. Anyone want to see? LOL - just joking.
Thanks for the drink advice... I think I am going to need it...
Now I just want to move on... thank you STIBROKER, I am feeling better

Reason: removing babble that was unnecessary
Angwagner, did you say you were going to post a picture of you gettin freaky on the beach? Or did I miss read that?
Pat, I was referring to you not being here anyomore. I don't know why you would be. I don't know anyone that would take advice from you. You are pushy and trying to manipulate people when there are no facts. It seems the only reason you are here is to recruit. Tuff luck.
Well I am very sad there isn't any new info here, now I guess I get to worry all weekend long about the details.
Hey Frank, I am glad the ass joke wasn't to the wrong person lol, after I posted I was worried.

Jacqueline is pretty cool, has a great sense of humor and has taken a lot of good natured kidding from all of our friends since she got her " new ass". She just loves to tell people that she now has two.
Angie, that doesn't require a response.

Well, without disclosing too much about a call I received yesterday I will say that a certain person is highly concerned that any fee has been asked and collected regarding a product that not only cannot be sold yet, but a product in which no details could be provided. That person stated that without a complete investigation being complete they would have suggested that Miracle - if they wanted to "pre-market" this product simply collect the names and info or all interested agents without charging them a "fee" and simply get back to them when they could provide details.
Remember, when you're dealing with certain entities you don't have to commit any crime or break the law to get into hot water - an ethical violation would do the trick.
Anyone's guess on whether or not it's ethical to collect fees from agents and not disclose anything?
I can go just a tad further w/o spoiling anything. There's better damned well be a "launch." Heaven forbid that this ends up going nowhere. In that case Miracle better be prepared to break out the checkbook and start writing "10" a bunch of times.

Gets pulled over and charged with DWLR - get's a 5/08 court date. Apparently after that citation gets back in the car, SPEEDS on a revoked license and yet another charge in Guilford County to appear in their court on 6/01
Let me cover my butt - just because you get cited for something doesn't mean you're guilty. However, IF he actually got citied for driving while revoked in Orange County then hopped back in the car and drove yet again with the audacity to speed then he qualifies as possibly the world's more retarded human. Time will tell.
Anyone's guess on whether or not it's ethical to collect fees from agents and not disclose anything?
Granted, we don't have much information. Alfred ran everything that we do have, back thru the batcomputer, and what keeps coming out is "Modified, Simplified, one-shot, one-level, Ponzi scheme". Doesn't make sense, but then the weather has been really weird around here lately.

Aside from launching the batmobile, when questionable ethics are involved most launches we've heard about around the batcave have been "destination: out of the country".

Well after reading 79 pages I had to join and respond.
First I have signed up for the opportunity to MAYBE sell this product IF it becomes available.
Second, I did not have to pay $10.
There seems to be erroneous inormation here that Ali and Miracle have an exclusive on this deal...FAR from it. That being said they should be ashamed of themselves for charging $10..Disgraceful. Ali should be investigated and criminal charges laid if possible!!!!
Here is what I have been told on this deal. One of the reasons for the secrecy is that there are some very upset Insurance companies over this product (Surprising to anyone??). As many of you know it is just as difficult getting a product approved as it is the marketing material. that is also part of the delay! Without outing this completely, one of the MGA's who gets the bulletin from his DOI where this product has supposedly been approved, recieved a fax about his product. Nothing negative...but it has upset the apple cart with other companies!!!!
These boards have not helped as nosey rosies have been calling DOI's causing concern where there may not be any.
To someone here who said they called a DOI who hadn't heard of the product, and you acted like this was evidence. Are you a rookie in this business??? Call Medicare 5 times to a question and try figure the correct answer. We are still dealing with the govt. and these DOI's never have the brightest bulbs working there...Anyone want to argue that???
There is no ONE investor!!! I can't believe anyone buys that there was one investor??? If you have been in the annuity business at all you know how many billions of dollars are out there wanting SAFE money to pass on to heirs...THINK about that for a minute.
I will say here that I am in a wait and see mode. I am excited about the prospect if it works. I ran the idea past a few of my medicare customers and they all said YES! I have agents that could sell easy 100 per month...So optimistic...YEAH!!!
Going way back on this thread a few of you were talking about morals in selling this "product". Here is my take. I used to work with a lot of churches with many in very poor areas. On of their biggest expenses were funerlas because people didn't have the money for ANY insurance. this put a burden on the entire community. So lets not sit on this board all high and mighty like there is no application for this product. Would I tell someone to cancel an existing product...absolutely not. But the add on would be nice. For those folks I spoke of in the poor neighborhood it would be a blessing!!! I pray every morning regarding my work that I am a blessing to someone. If this product is as advertised, it could be a blessing for a lot of people.
In closing, I hope it works but I am not holding my breath.... 15th couldn't come soon enough!
Thanks for the entertainment kids.... Success to all!
Oh, and Alfred dropped this little tidbit on his way up for tea last night: Apparently Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days in jail for, among other things, driving a $190K BENTLEY with a REVOKED driver license. (Not totally sure about those details because Alfred is getting old and it was late...)

The biggest mistake was the decision to spam every city in the US with Craiglist ads touting this product.
Whoever is actually putting this together has the IQ of a hamster for saying a single word about this to anyone without DOI approval.
Once the product was formally approved and all information could be disclosed do you have any idea how fast you could recruit agents? You could provide the company name, investor info and obviously the DOI stamp approval. It would be a feeding frenzy.
But no. Someone got had one too many espressos and decide to spam ads all over the place. Then it's stall after stall after stall.
Piss poor marketing decision to round out agents before any info can be given and you all are getting what you deserve with agents starting to complain.
You want good advice? Don't sign up another agent until this all gets approved.
Well, how 'bout on the 15th if nothing is released we all just post Craigslist ads asking for people to reply who paid the $10 fee. We can try and round everyone up we can find who paid the $10.
However, and just is just a pure guess - complete shot in the dark - but I'd say hardly anyone remitted the fee. You can't get most agents to contract for legitimate products when there's no appointment fee. Most ads were just Craigslist spam - very cheesy no-class ads. I can't imagine too many people actually filled out an online form and paid $10. Could be wrong, but I doubt it.
How many people here paid the fee? I'd say about zero.

Congrats on all of your recent appoitments Clayton. My advice since you're obviously new selling most product is to not advertise for products that are not yet available.
