Ok, this is all basically exposed when he can't answer how thousands of agents are getting appointed in all 50 states with all those state appoitment fees. Sucks to get asked a question they didn't have a lie ready for.

Dude, I have been just as skeptical as you from the beginning. Trust me, all these and more are questions I've thought of since the very beginning. My partner and I decided it had enough potential to at least recruit agents and build a website that is ready to go at launch.

I whole heartedly agree your questions are valid ones, and that's why I wanted you to be on the call. As I've said all along, all I want is answers and the second I know for a fact this is bogus, I'm done. But the second I know for a fact it isn't, I'm off and running.

In hindsight, I could have waited just like anyone else, but I would have missed out on already having a ton of agents in my downline in the system as I do now. And they have it set up so that your downline cannot leave to go to another downline without you consenting to it.

Trust me, there are still TONS of questions, and there will only be TONS more once details start to emerge, so I'm along for the ride just like you guys.

That was CLASSIC though, and I hope to come prepared with more questions for tomorrow. I hope this guy does the call again tomorrow, because another guy has been doing it and he is nowhere near as good and gives even less info if you can believe it. Everything is "as I understand it" and "as far as we know", so he's giving a webinar pretending to have all the answers when all he is is a pawn.

In all seriousness, I like having you guys ask those questions on the call because it helps narrow in on what is going on. If this truly is a con, I want to know now so I don't get involved any more than I already have. Please perhaps either e-mail a list of questions to that guy jcmyrick@thefinancialmp.com or have a list ready to ask tomorrow.

Definitely sounds like we're not going to get names, so we'll have to focus on other things that might appear a little sketchy at this point. John, is it not possible that Ali could work a deal with the carrier not to charge his agents an appointment fee? I'm asking out of ignorance, as I don't know the answer.

And as for ghost writing - isn't there such a thing as solicitation? I thought there were ways that people could be paid for "referrals" as long as they were licensed agents in that state...

No - the appointment fees are required by the state. They are unavoidable. The only way to avoid the fees would be everyone writing deals under Ali's agent number which would be physically impossible and also an insurance violation.

In case no one here recruits - when you get an agent from let's say Florida there's a $60 appointment fee. If you're a FL agent and get contracted directly with a company you'll have to remit $60. If not, then the company has to pay the $60 for you.

This means Ali gets 100,000 agents with the average state appointment fee being around $25. He's collecting $10. That means he's have to remit 1.5 million dollars in upfront fees. Do you believe that? I don't.

The gig is up because Ali never plans on appointing anyone. If he did you've have to remit the fee that relates to your state with the app. If anyone's trying to say you can sell an insurance product without an appointment that's a stone cold lie.

Busted.
