Well Frank you may not think it was called for -- but I sure do -- lets count the reasons why --- how many times on this thread and others on the Senior board have I been attacked? I didn't see you say -- hmm i dont think that was called for....
Its just very frustrating when someone tries to share what works for them, or opportunities that might be worthwhile to others.. that they get the shaft every time...
You know I am not saying that I am perfect -- I am far from it -- but again I only pass on what I know and what works for me -- and what I think others will benefit from -- Why do people have to make fun of me? Is that called for Frank?
Think about it....

Mary, until (unless) the moderators reign-in guys like Frank and senior-indiana, and a few others the best thing to do is just lurk here and ask whatever questions you have. If you try to contribute anything of substance or even mildly controversial, you run the risk of being in the gun-sights of these guys and it will just never end for you.
Like you, I know what it's like to be a full-time caregiver and how valuable it is to get away from it for a while and get online and be able to have a civil dialectic with others in the business. Unfortunately, a few guys spoil it for everyone.
It's OK if one has the mental energy to deal with it, but you and I probably don't. So don't fight it. You're not going to win. There are some guys here who are going to be critical of anything and everything you say. Just lurk, ask questions when you need information, and save your energy for more important matters.

Oh my, for the love of God how do you all make it through a day?
Just like every other forum in the world bullying and intimidation takes place.
Mary never swore and has been harassed incessently in this thread.
For being a professional forum there is definitely a lack of class here among many.
The first time i came on here I was accused of recruiting for this product because I said there was a need ofr it. Absolutely false but no mod cared! The product idea was on my site but NOWHERE did it ask for agents to "click here" or anything else. Yet the mods decided to play hero. My company site was put on here to be ridiculed by the moderators who took my private information from my sign up.
Side note; If you want to be anonymous I suggest you make sure no revealing information be kept in your profile such as a company email. They will dig it out and use it.
I don't think the owner of this site would have allowed this had I complained.
All in the name they said of watching out for the little guy. What a crock!

Yea.... Yea...Yea....first off you guys post like 100 post a day.....more than I want to read...sorry....I post on a board that has no moderation because the posters are adults and know tongue and cheek... if someone is going off ...walk away and take the high road.....but really there have been some great info posted here so you have take the good with the bad sometimes....I think of some of the things I was called in the NAA threads.....
Come on, Mary, cool your jets. It was said with tounge in cheek. There were many more comments made about you that were truly harsh made on this thread I do wish you and your husband the best!
BTW, Mary, on another thread I was asked to get rid of the "bug up my ass." And this was a part of a serious discussion----no joking. Well, I went to see my gastroenterologist and sure enough there was a "bug" implanted up my ass by my former employer (IRS). I had the bug surgically removed and am still in pain. Sitting for long periods of time is very painful. Now I have to figure out how to comply with your wishes for me "to screw off." Man, I am taking a beating!
So are we going to transform this thread from "0 premium" to " whine and cry".
Al? I thought you were leaving? MAry I thought you were leaving too? I remember in highschool when me and my gf's would break up every other week. HA..... how childish.
If you guys can't handle little comments then maybe you shouldn't be on the internet?
Hey Senior you can screw off too
Funny how the whine and cries you are talking about -- you sure have done alot of whining and crying with the companies you are with about not getting paid -- i just read a couple of your other posts - bashing the companies -- please remember something -- not only do other agents read this forum -- but customers do too....
And Arnguy -- i understand about the beating -- but you don't have to be a part of it and participate
Yes it does remind me of high school
And Scott -- my tongue is in my cheek
You guys have a great day -- we are off for a doctors appointment
I'm feeling better already -- I think I need to post on here more often
Did anyone go forward with getting the information with the best present a grandparent can ever give? Afterthoughts Birthday insurance? -- I got all of the information and have talked with the ceo of the company -- I really think its a great idea... what do you guys think?
So what if I am whining about companies not paying me. What is your point? I hope that customers read my post about Admiral. I hope your customers read your post and the comments that followed about your "tie in" products.
I did not call Admiral Life today and tell them what happened to my mother and tell them that i wasn't gonna post on here anymore because they didnt pay me. So what is your point?

I thought enough about it that I now have a GA contract. I haven't promoted this to other on the board as of yet because I'm waiting for a commisison increase for everyone which hopefully happens soon.
But, that's for another thread - not this one.
However, if anyone wants to contract now, let me know. Otherwise I'll be posting information in a couple of weeks. Oh yeah, if you do contract through me (my first time as anything other than just an agent), I will be delighted to release you should you find a better deal or just think I'm an a-hole.

Mary, thank you for your compassion about my taking a beating. I do think that telling anyone here to "screw off" is very unladylike. Maybe we should have a thread where people can unload their feelings. Apparently this thread has been a catharsis for you recently and I am glad it helps. I can understand that what you are going through in personal life is extremely difficult. Again, you have my best wishes. I do have empathy for you.
