I am fully aware of this product. Actually, it's a good deal for the client if they dont' otherwise have final expense insurance. And yes, as someone said, you sell them Medicare Advantage, Medicare sup, and final expense, take care of both spouses, and leave with $1000+ commission and then help them with a new annuity and LOL, another $5-10K commission. I"m dreaming but it could happen. But the best part is you can actually help them get a better deal on all these products. That's what makes insurance so enjoyable. Not being captive and actually finding the better deals and helping others.

Jenananda's posts sound very very familiar. Sell them a MA and a Medigap plan? Great idea! Make sure it is an F plan and throw in the continental care product, too! Cha-Ching!

You left out the accident policy and cancer policy. Everyone knows that a person on Medicare needs a cancer policy.

Amazing, after 1,474 posts there are still people who want to give their money away.
Rick, did you really take the time to research this?
It would probably be more beneficial to send your money to Sti. At least you know it will be put to good use. I think it all goes in his "Scotch Fund".
Re: New zero premium life insurance policyGo to Top
Actually, this is not easy street. Senior has to have over 1 mil net worth, good health(obviously), 70-88 age, be willing (haha)
I tried to copy and paste some info but copy came out scrambled. Will try again later, but it meets definition of premium financing.
This is "NO COST TO THE INSURED" Trust Life......will only last for 2 years then senior decides whether to keep this policy (meaning he pays premium) or relinquishes it to the investors. Hmmm 2 yr...incontestability clause kicks in. OK
Is this to good to be true?
While this may sound too good to be true, or a little suspect, it is neither. The opportunity is brought about by the current low price of life insurance, and by the entrance into the market of powerful lending institutions and other lending institutions that want to obtain these policies. Is this legal? Yes, it is legal. There is no legality issue for the insured. The only document requiring your signature is a life insurance contract. If the premium is paid, the insurance company will pay a death benefit. If the premium is not paid, the policy will lapse. Is there any downside of this procedure?
The only downside is that the insured is using a portion of their insurability. For most seniors, however, this is not an issue. They generally already have all the insurance protection they need and have no plans for more coverage. Also, they usually do not want the huge premium payments associated with additional life insurance. What do I have to lose?
You have literally no risk. There is no out of pocket expense and no financial contract to sign. You are not obligated in any way. If you complete the procedure you are made an offer, you can make the decision at that time to continue or to not continue. However, it is important to remember that you could lose your insurability if you wait. The older you are, the more likely you are to develop a condition that could prevent you from using this asset. There is no obligation to have your insurability appraised. There are also about 2 or 3 hours of time required from start to finish.
What happens to my assets?
The financial proposal is prepared for you as an Estate Planning strategy. In order to qualify, you must have the necessary assets and net worth. Your assets are never given up, assigned or attached in any way.

Has anybody got a message from this guy Brian Mullis on this supposedly new program? I received it on 7/31. If; this is real why such a short cutoff?

I wanted to let everyone know there is a new 'No Cost life Insurance Program' that is available right now! The product is being sold right now and you can start earning beginning today.

That is NOT a Typo!
This is a $500k - $1.5 m offering to anyone target age 70-85 but not limited to age 85,...older age apps are accepted.
This is a Trust Owned Life Insurance Policy. The insureds'

You will be paid a referral fee equal to 10% of the 1st yr target premium as commissions after the policy has been issued.
(avg $5k) An official Training Call will be held the 1st week of August.
VERY IMPORTANT: The company has announced that the last day they will accept agents into this program is Friday 8/3/07. Just go to http://www.nocostusa.com/nocostagents and enter your info. You will immediately receive an email with contracting instructions.
Because of the tight deadline we have to meet, I have to do it this way in order to be able to track everyone.
