FYI: Miracle Insurance is TAG, Ali is the president of Miracle, and everything is run through TAG, contracts, commission, and "support." It's TAG with a shiny new name

Seems as if they are marketing themselves again. They are offering 5 presets /day or 10 sales from a seminar presentation.

Agents contract $320 to 520 per contract by companies.

I do know they have recently broken completely free of TAG. They are still working on some of their contracts though. I know Settler's Life for FE is set in place; that's the only contract I still have with them. They're still working on their Med Sup and MA contracts, and all commissions can be paid direct to the agent from the carrier.

Long story short, they're trying to do the right thing and get it all worked out but they still have some bumps in the road...I'd advise watching and waiting to see what develops.

I'm an agent of Miracle Insurance which their new name is Ali International. I am currently trying to sue the company for holding my money in a reserve account and not releasing it to me upon request. They took out $100 per application that I had written in case of chargebacks. However, I was led to believe that you get that money back every November. This was not the case. When asked about it, the President told me that we could "discuss" it next November. I have about $5000 in reserves. I am not asking for anything that's not mine but if this money is due me after they have checked to verify it again then I would like it in my hands. Therefore, since they refuse to work with me, I have no other choice but to take them to court. Trust me when I say that they will be out of more then $5000 when I sue. Also, the leads they set you up with are bogus. The telemarketers lie to the potential applicants and do not tell them in many cases that you are coming to discuss insurance with them. To make a long story short as a current agent, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE JOINING THIS COMPANY. Check a company out prior to joining and if any want to keep commission for themselves to dispense when they get ready, RUN!!!!

Yes, they broke away from TAG, but there's more to it then that. They were doing some business that was not legitimate and TAG basically gave them the boot. I am now requesting to get out of my contract and am about the sue the company!

Do not join Miracle Insurance!!!! Fun for your life! They just broke away from TAG (The Assurance Group) but don't join them. The leads they give are bogus. Always check your FMO out before you join and/or sign a contract.

Their office is only a suite in the building, not the entire building itself.

The response we have received from our last email has been OVERWHELMING and we apologize if we have not gotten back to you quickly! In response to the overwhelming amount of calls and emails we have received, we have decided to pass out the information via email and web conferencing. Please see below for a schedule of our webinar as well as our training programs
Let me give you a brief idea of our company. We are an insurance brokerage Headquartered in Raleigh, NC concentrating mainly on the Senior Market and moving into the future with Telesales and Web based sales in the 65+ and the below 65 market. We send our agents out in the field to Sell Final Expense, Medicare supplement/Advantage products and indemnity plans. Today I will concentrate mainly on our above 65 product.
FINAL EXPENSE:
Our current primary carrier for Final Expense is Settlers Life located at Settlers Life - Home . Settlers Life is available in AL, AZ, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, IN, IO, KY, MD, MI, MN, MS, MT, NC, ND, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, VA, WV, WI, and WY. Settlers Life is a face to face company with fantastic rates and excellent service! They are simplified issue and have Guarantee issue where authorized by law. With our Settlers Life contract, we send agents out on Pre Set appointments that have been screened Medically, Age wise, and Financially. We have found that there is a very specific demographic of people that purchase Final Expense products and we target those people specifically. The agent knows you are coming, and they know what you are there to do. We purchase the Pre Set Appointments from 3 different Telemarketing companies and pay for them in advance. In order to motivate the agents not to take advantage of that process, we charge the EXACT cost of those appointments back to the agent and subtract it from their commission. We do not make any money whatsoever with the appointments and the cost of EACH appointment is $25. By doing this, we allow agents to start writing business right away without having to have the normal $600-$700 required to purchase leads to get started. We empower the agents to get started and producing money right away. All of our agents start out on a 70% contract, with a 70% advance and 30% as earned. Let me break that down for you
On a Settler's Life Contract:
- If you sell a $50 premium policy, your ALP is $600
- If your contract level is 70% that is a total of $420 commission.
- However, of that $420, we advance you 70% and give you 30% as earned.
- Which means that of that $420, you would get $294 upon issue and the remaining $126 will be as-earned effective the following month.
- If you sell a policy with a $50 premium, you can expect to get $294 upon issue then $10.50 every month for the next 12 months.
Appointment fees are in the package, and are state specific. You should make your checks out to Settlers Life, NOT to Miracle Insurance. If you prefer to use a credit card, that form is also attached.

Our second company for Final Expense is called American Memorial Life Insurance Company, or AML for short. AML is a brand new company being backed by Assurant Solutions a multi Billion dollar company best known for their Assurant Health Plans. Assurant Solutions Preneed Division
This particular program offers a product and service that is very competitive and because it is being backed by Assurant Solutions, is about to do something VERY rare in the Final Expense field! By the end of the first quarter in 2009, AML hopes to be able to provide FULLY telesales and/or web based sales without ANY paperwork required. This process, will revolutionize the Final Expense industry allowing agents to contact clients in all areas of the state in which an agent has a license. This contract STARTS at 85% and goes considerable higher than our Settler's Life contract. However, we are much more selective about the agents we place into this program than our other program. This program also has no state appointment fee and is will soon be available in 49 states. This program will NOT be available in New York.

- Attached are contracting Paperwork for Both Companies. Settlers Life MUST be mailed back to us, while AML can be scanned and emailed back to Tristan or faxed to Miracle.

A close friend of mine who I trust very much has been working with TAG for quite a while and is working primarily the zero cost life insurance. I've read about 9 of the early pages and then a few of the last few, and it's sounding like this is no good.

Well I finished signing up on the website earlier for my appointment. Now I'm quite scared.

You should be! You should SOOOO be! If you are working with Zero Premium in NC, you should be very very scared! There is a premium financing product that is legal in NC, but TAG's version of Zero premium is very illegal!

Just for the record, this thread began back in April of '07 as an attempt to recruit agents in a STOLI type scam. It has evolved into exposing the agency/agencies behind it by both parody and criticism.

What started out as "New zero premium life insurance policy" paralleled "Miracle Insurance","Miracle Ins & Financial Grp", and "The Return of the Ali". Since all these posts had substance in common, they have been merged into the present form "New zero premium life insurance policy/miracle/financial/group".

I am posting this for those who don't want to waste their time trying to figure out what's going on in the evolution of this original thread.
