Here's the deal with this one....it did get started.

It is no longer zero premium, it is now premium financed insurance. It has been approved in TX and Miracle has done the first run at the marketing for the product, which from what I saw went over pretty well. (I remember hearing something about 2 other states, but don't remember what it was, for now, I know they're focused on TX)

Here's how it works. It is backed by the Baptist ministries trust (not the actual name, but you get the point). They "finance" the premium for the congregation member on a 200k policy. The member will get a 24k death benefit and the remainder of the death benefit is paid back to the trust as reimbursement for the premiums covered, and pays the trust's insurable interest of lost tithes to the church.

The TX DOI and other entities that decide if these types of things can be done, have determined that a church does hold an insurable interest in it's congregation members. Is it a bit on the shady side.....yeppers. Does the insured benefit? I think so. Most of the people getting these policies are people that otherwise would not be able to afford a final expense policy. In return for the church providing them with a final expense policy they are making a gift of the remainder of their insurability to the church.

I think it's more a testament to the direction these churches are headed than anything since it is a 200k policy and the insured only gets a 24k death benefit with the trust getting the remainder. It doesn't even go to the guys own church, just a faceless trust.....

Oh, and for a small fee of only $25 I can give you Tristan's number so you can contact him directly to get in on this fantastic deal!

If you do not have the $25, I can place you under me for only $10, which can be taken out of your first commission check but I will take an additional 25% in overrides on all sales to make up my investment

Why would I turn my license in? You do get that the $25 thing was a joke, right?

Don't tell me, let me guess; you could tell me the name of the carrier and the financial institution involved but then you'd have to kill me...right?

If you really want to know I could find out for you. I'm not recruiting or trying to sell people into this. Just sharing the info on how it is actually being done so people know (which btw I didn't have to), no need to get an attitude with me or be a b*%$h. If you read back a couple of pages you will see that I won't have anything to do with one of Ali's ventures, but I have been personal friends with Tristan (a VP at Miracle) since before he started working with Ali so I can easily get the info. I'm offered the "opportunity" to join every venture Miracle embarks on with a personal phone call from Tristan.

I already told you what I know about the financial institution. It's some trust that is owned by the Baptist church. I don't know the name, I also don't know the name of the financial institution the Vatican holds either, but I'm sure you'd know what I was talking about if I said the trust was held by the Catholic church. I do know when asked, Assurant Health declined insuring the first group of churches......I think it might be Loyal American that did it. Again not sure, because I wasn't there selling. As far as I know Assurant Health will be insuring the next church trust. Don't know the name of the church, it's the one in Dallas that holds services in the stadium.

You should keep in mind, that just because someone doesn't know all the details, that doesn't mean they're intentionally withholding them trying to screw with you. It might just mean they didn't care enough to pay attention at the time and are sharing what info they do remember. You should learn to play nice with people. It's easier to make friends that way.

I don't know, you might get 2 back....Every time I've seen Ali, the first thing that pops into my head is Italian Mob. That's what he looks like to me......

(Since Tristan didn't work with Miracle during the whole $10 thing you guys are talking about, I'm assuming you mean Ali)

Without the name of the carrier underwriting the policy and financial institution it's all worthless information. Get back to us with that information. I'd say from the past we should get that info in July...of 2011

Good to know the Baptist church and Vatican is behind this.

First of all, there is no "we"....I don't work for Miracle! Never will again! All my contracts are with people I've met on this forum, or direct because I left Miracle last year. Now does it make sense why I don't have all the info dumb a$$ or is it still too difficult for you to figure out.

HealthAgent, I'm sorry you're such a small man that you have nothing better to do than rag on someone who was trying to share additional information to help warn insurance noobs to stay away from companies like Miracle. I thought that's what this forum was about. It's why I joined almost a year ago now. It was this very thread (before it was merged) that helped me. I always knew something was up with Miracle, but couldn't quite figure it out because I didn't know enough about the insurance business. I figured if I shared the info I have now (despite how little) instead of everyone just speculating, it actually could help someone, since I had a lot more info than anyone else has about what Miracle is doing.

I've been suscribed to the thread for over a year, since I believe my first post was in it, and I keep getting emails because of people posting in it which is what brought me back to the forum after my 4 month absence. There is enogh info in my posts for them to serve their purpose. Anyone who has read my posts and runs into a recruiter for TX, talking about final expense policies funded by the baptist church will probably know to stay away.....especially with what smarco posted on the first page. My information more than validates what he said, and what he said over a year ago, shows I was right in posting what I did. All I can do is share what information I have and let people do with it what they may.

Any reasonably intelligent person can take the info I posted and figure out that they want to stay away from Miracle if they come across one of their recruiters; which was the point of my post (giving people enough info to know if they run into one of them). If you're not reasonably intelligent, and couldn't figure that out that's not my problem and you have done nothing but show what a Jack A$$ you are. Read some of my old posts. I ran hard from this company almost a year ago now, and for most of my current contracts, I am signed under people from this forum, or someone they refered me to. Just because I am friends with Tristan doesn't mean I like his business practices or engage in them, we actually are friends, and good enough friends that he is okay with my leaving him....that's why I was one of the few to get a clean and clear release from TAG. But it is his choice to work for who he does, and it was my choice to leave him. I'm sorry I have better things to do than run around and dig up info that is completely irrelivent to me for some jerk who's acting like a little b!t%h, I have a life. I was nieve enough until this last post of yours to think you wanted the info because you heard something else and it would lead to more info and was actually going to ask and get it for you, wow was I wrong! I'm a full-time grad student and a HS teacher with summer school classes. I sell insurance part-time to suppliment my income, I have neither the time nor the inclination to be treated in the manner in which you have treated me just because I was trying to help. Most of my clients are related to me or friends of relatives so no, I don't have the full-time experience most people here do. I shared what information I have and it is more than enough to know if you run into someone recruiting for them.

A lot of people on this forum have been very helpful to me, and I have tried to give back the little I could to others who are greener than me. I guess that is no longer the spirit of the forum, and now it is just a bunch of know it all's being pr!ck$ to people who aren't in their little click, so I will be leaving. Thanks to everyone else who has helped me, especially Mark, (he really does have the best ideas). I feel sorry for you healthagent, it must be a sad life that you have that the only way you can feel better about yourself is by treating people that are trying to contribute like crap. I'm too good a person do deal with stuff like that, so go get your feel good jollies by being a prick to someone else.....this girl ain't having it!

Peace out, and nice meeting everyone else

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
And BTW.....what I posted wasn't for you healthagent, or others who have been in the business a long time like you have. By now, I would hope you would know better. Just because the info is worthless to you as is.....doesn't mean it's worthless to the guy that just talked to one of their recruiters, has had his license for all of 2 days, and is now Googleing the company because it all sounds too good to be true (that's what happened to me and how I found this forum). This forum is the top google hit for Miracle ins....and most of it is this thread. That makes my info priceless The point of this forum is not to provide info that is only valuable to healthagent, it's for the more experienced, and previously hoodwinked to share what they've learned so the new guys don't get screwed. Too bad you're too self-centered to realize that, and seem to think everything revolves around you
