What a pain in the rear! Every email to a hotmail email customer or prospect is now rejected by hotmail's servers. They are now considered spam. If you have an autoresponder, it's hitting you harder.
Norvax is working on the issue (one of may recent issues that have been cropping up).
Hopefully, it will be corrected shortly. No progress for about a week...maybe longer.

Does Norvax ever do what they say they are going to do? You may be waiting weeks longer to get anything fixed. I hope Insurint takes them to the cleaners.

I have been with Norvax for a few years. Until the last few months or so, I was 105% satisfied with the service. In fact, some deranged Forum members actually thought I was being compensated for my cozy comments I posted about them.
Lately, there have been multiple issues. In fairness, some not their fault. Some...hard to tell.
I'm not abandoning ship yet. I am treated very fairly and generally, Norvax is very responsive. I'm hoping these issues are more of an aberration, than a trend. I like the Norvax system and obviously am very comfortable with my current setup.
But...at $200 per month, I expect the best. They were the best. They probably still are the best. But will they continue to be the best? I'm not sure.

Norvax is NOT the best, Insurint is - if they have your carriers. Even if they don't - Norvax is worth maybe $25 per month, if that. They aren't a truthful company, pass a lot of blame onto the carriers they quote - they like to pass the buck on many many issues.

Re Insurint...I like Mark. Good guy. Definitely an up and coming company. But very few would agree with you that they are "the best." But maybe in time...they will be.

What happens if Yahoo and AOL deem Norvax spam. I'm (and many others) are out of luck.
Very frustrating. Whose fault is it? I wish I knew.
That is the primary reason we never included auto-responders or drip marketers into our quoting software. There are companies out there that do those things well, and we refer our clients to them.
Anymore the email filters are getting harder and harder to work around. That is how we do a large portion of our advertising, and it seems we get through to fewer and fewer inboxes each week.

The Norvx responder is the only one where the client can instantly view his/her CURRENT rates, even if it is 12 months AFTER the original requested quote.
Somehow, it is embedded in the email. Of course, the more people that use Norvax, the more email there is and...Oh boy!
I do know that many times the Norvax autoresponder email goes to a spam file. Boy, do I hate that. But there's not much that can be done.
