I remember it a little differently. It seems as if the accused rapist William Jefferson Clinton was caught with his pants down and tried to lie about what happened. I figure if you get elected to the presidency of the USA one perk would be the ladies. Just don't lie about it when you get caught.
In the CIA they worry about agents who are womanizers because that flaw in character can result in the agent being compromised, black mailed, extorted, etc., all with horrible implications for national security.
I guess you guys think the President of the United States has a far less security concious job.
