See I have to tell you guys I think Obama and most Politicians are Over Credentialed. Our Government is designed so any hay-seed farmer with a good common sense head on his/her shoulders can serve. We have too many Wharton Business, Harvard Law elitists in our Government because we're too stupid to realise these are the trial lawyers and CEOs that are destroying our country. Only credentials we need to be concerned with is born US Citizen and over the age of 35.

Not in my mind. A watermelon and the human brain are both 95% water. That 5% can make a real difference. Both Thomas Jefferson and Cynthia McKinney are/were 35 and U.S. born but I personally am concerned with more credentials than that when choosing between the two.

By the way, speaking of "hayseed farmers", Thomas Jefferson was first and foremost a farmer in his own mind. When Washington asked him to serve as Secretary of State he wrote back and said that his only wish in life was to be a farmer so he would serve until his farm at Monticello became profitable. We agree that we have too many lawyers and political hacks in DC but nevertheless a President should at least be able to demonstrate that they have done real work somewhere? Where would that be with President Obama?

Too many presidents in recent years have never earned a living. Clinton hit the road running for office fresh out of law school. He never worked in what I would call the real world. He relied on Hillary to bring home the bucks.

Same with Obama. He taught a bit of law but never worked a job of any kind. It was all about politics.
