I thought i read somewhere back a while several states OIC were clamping down on the use of exchange by agents in the domain and dba's. I just might have to make an inquiry there in Oregon and see if they are on board with the same.

This may not related to insurance, but in foreclosure laws, OR over the past two years have make numerous changes. Passed laws, then it's not effective, so passed another, not effective so another and so forth. The consumer don't even know how it'll benefit them, while the banks and law firms are working hard to be in compliance, and for those that don't...gets fine. But no one mortgagor benefit from it, that I see.
