If I remember correctly, Assurity has own occ for the first 2 years then sneakily changes to any occ after that.

Union Central, Principle and MetLife. Union arguably has one of the best Own Occ definitions, perfect for your professional clients. i.e. Surgeons, Lawyers, ect.

Mass Mut also has for certain occ classes...so carriers who offer Own Occ through Age 65 for certain WC Occ classes
