Is Builder's Mutual Slow?

Is anyone familiar with Builder's Mutual? I purchased a rental property in the middle of November and have yet to receive a policy. I was just sent a new certificate of insurance and it still shows the policy number as pending.

Is this normal with them?

Builders Mutual won't insure a rental property? All they do are contractors gl auto equip and comp.

It is my understanding that they won't even cover products and completed opp. I looked into appointing with them. Pretty much a work comp company.

It is something an agency put together for a property manager. It is only available for properties they manage. I just can't believe it is taking this long.
