There is a service out there that you can sign up for and they will email you with what is for sale. Let me try and find that company for you.

Send a postcard to every IA in the area that you wanna buy in. Simple but effective.

Send something like "Interested in selling and taking a vacation? Ill buy your agency!!!!"
