Need a Market for a Vacant Home (CO)

Can anybody suggest a market for a CO home that is currently vacant and undergoing repairs from a water damage claim that was denied? The insured is doing the work alone as opposed to hiring a licensed and insured GC so our usual markets have declined the risk.

Just curious, was the claim denied due to the property being vacant or some other reason? I believe American Modern also offers vacant dwelling coverage.
