Hopefully someone on here might have a suggestion for this... Have a plastics/paper purchasing and recycling company that I am going to need some property coverage for. Problem is they are located in PC 10. Obviously there is some real exposure for a fire in this type of business and if the place catches on fire it is all over (which it has before, and burned to the ground about 15 years ago).
I think I have a standard home for the GL, Auto, Umbrella. It's the property that is the killer. All of my standard companies, including the one who will consider the other lines, almost laughed when I asked.
Anyone have thoughts before I head off to the E&S market?
