NJ Fee on Top of Commission

Is this allowed in NJ? Hopefully someone can help. I would be disclosing to the client so they can clearly see the cost, but may need to do this due to a WC carrier paying unreasonably low commission %.

Check with the Big I in your state or with the folks at the DOI to see what is allowed. Each state is different. OK to fee commercial lines here in AZ as long as it is disclosed.

Is the WC through a broker? sometimes they can increase the commission and just pass it on to you.
