I have a client who is getting a cancellation because of coastal proximity. (this wasnt the problem i can remarket)
I dig a little further in and he has an open claim back in 2010. lady triped on his steps. withdrew the claim then re opened this year (maybe because of lawyers who knows)
now the claim is open with no reserve, what are my options to get him coverage?
split up get mono line liability and mono line property?
a couple of my ES markets wont take it either.
