Outsourcing for CSR's

Your agency is defined by it's customer service. Trust your own, not others.

Virtual account manager? That sounds sketchy. Tell us more about that. I agree with another poster above customer service is a large part of good business and retaining customers.

I have heard very positive feedback on WAHVE. The staffing they provide is very experienced but also very costly.
