I'm looking to hire a PT telemarketer and would like some feedback from P&C agents who've use them or currently use them.
1. What do you use them for, specifically? Are you using them to set up an appointment at your office or at the prospect's home? Or are you using them to get x-dates, return calls, etc?
2. What demographics are you using for your cold call lists?
3. Do you have a script that you would be willing to share?
4. Are you using a dialer?
5. What hours are you having the best luck calling?
