I am looking into getting into P&C, I am curious if there is anyone out there who is either owns and IMO or is affiliated with an IMO. I am looking into signing up. Any serious takers. Preferably someone who offers Travelers as a company.

I am not licensed yet, I will however get licensed as soon as I find a good IMO to work with. I want to stay an independent agent. Any info would be great. Thanks!

I am not aware of any "IMOs" really in Florida for P&C. You can try SIAA. Last thing I heard was that its $10k to get in and 10% comm off the top.

For personal, I have spoken with a IMO. They say they might be interested in coming to Florida. Curious why there are none in Florida?

But if anyone else knows of any IMO's out there let me know.

Probably because the companies actively writing property are newer companies that only write in Florida and most of them haven't been in business longer than 10 years.

Depends on you - Study hard & you should be able to pass it. I passed it 1st time, but I put in the time.
