Partnerships

I'm 33yrs old now and started listening to Dave Ramsey (not saying he's right or wrong all the time just telling you about my experience) when I was 18 yrs old. I use to always remember all these people calling in talking about defunct partnerships. At the end of those segments he would always say "A partnership is a ship that won't sail" and from this day on I think about those callers and Dave Ramsey anytime I'm offered a partnership.

We own our own book and commissions and split expenses. Works well for us.

Sounds like change could be good. Basically it's sharing office expense and staff.
