Real Estate Owner Employee Claim

A real estate company has may buildings and one of their employees, a super for many years possibly has something in their lungs like asbestos. If god forbid he does under what policy can such a coverage fall under?

Employee = Work Comp. Unless he has a creative attorney.

Yep, pretty much a straight workers comp claim, but I imagine it will be tough. It is also a health policy claim, so between one of them, he should have medical coverage.
