Off topic...but I found a forum for Farmers agents & I had no clue how bad it really was. The commission cuts, the BS bonus that's (supposedly) supposed to get you back to where you were. The life/financial.

At best, you could jeopardize enhanced commissions or contingency.
At worst, you could find yourself overstaffed, stretched too far, and losing contracts due to shrinking book.
