I don't think a lot of them are using it yet. I talked to a SF agent in IL a couple months ago who told me they were testing it with a small group of agents then rolling it out slowly region by region.

Todd, you will have a hard time finding someone with State Farm on this forum, particularly one who will admit it. Years ago some agents had shared some wonderful information about their experiences. State Farm made them take it all down and leave the forum.

I wouldn't worry about it. From what I've seen of CRM-type companies trying to work with SF, you're better of ignoring them. If they so much as see a bunch of agents going to your website, they'll block it. If you try to work with corporate and you're lucky enough that they'll remove the block, they'll want you to sign a ridiculous one-sided contract granting them access to your code. Then they'll pass everything on to their own developers to steal.
