Is There a National Broker Firm that Allows You to Sell Products from Any Company?

As a life accident & health agent I am appointed with national long term care brokers which allows me to sell products from any company licensed to sell in my state. Is there a similar P&C firm that I could get appointed with that would allow me to do the same thing? I am not interested in working with an agency. I am independent with my own office and just want to add P&C to my products
