Two or More PIP Claims in Florida

Hello,

Does anyone know of an auto carrier in Florida that will write someone with two or more PIP claims? I am an independent agent who is appointed with 10 different carriers, none of which will write anyone with two or more PIP claims. My office is in a low income area so this is a big issue for us. I know some carriers will do it because the people I send away get policies elsewhere. Someone please help!!

Windhaven's Optimum plan is the only one that allows a total of 1 PIP claim. I do not believe that Infinty has any restrictions on PIP claims. If not there is the always faithful FAJUA option. It might cost them an arm and a leg but if they really need it and you sell you'll both be doing each other a favor.
