Work Comp for Home Health Care Business

I've written all other lines for a business located in Kansas/Missouri but am struggling with the WC. Anyone with experience in placing WC in this class? I could use some direction on a carrier that would be comfortable with it. The staff are all Certified Nurses Aides. Thanks in advance.
