Since everything else you said was spot on.... so was this. We all want to know why the parents don't like the girlfriend. Especially this much!

I could creep her facebook a bit and see since she is a friend of a real life friend, but I get the feeling that maybe the parents thought he could do better. They just had a baby she said and she was pretty quick to say I told you they would screw you eventually. She described them as a special kind of crazy. I was at a benefit fair and everytime a younger person told me they were on their parents insurance, I gave them the scenario and asked if they would totally write off their parents for $3500 and every one said yes. I was curious. She hasn't gotten back to me, so I don't know how it ended up. I might have to reach out and see...
