Just get registered with Highmark Health Services, enabling to sell Highmark products on individual and SHOP exchanges. This should be done AFTER you've completed both phases of the CMS registration process; Sales Sentinel site is used.

Highmark community blue plans will be very hard to beat in Central and Western PA. Ran a comparison for a few clients with Capital in Central PA and was quite surprised how much more Capital was than Highmark. Should be interesting how this UPMC/Highmark fiasco plays out.

I just noticed UHC is now showing up on Health Connect in PA?
Are these all off exchange plans? What gives? Premiums seem very High
compared to the Blues. What GA are you using for BCBS NEPA?

Hope you are well.
I thought HealthConnect is still not ready to show Exchange plans. But that was about 10 days ago so maybe they got their act together.
Of course, I go direct when possible. But otherwise, I use URL Financial. They are based in Harrisburg and I have been with them for about four years. Very dependable. Deb Wilkinson is the contact. She's one of the VPs there and is very accessible regarding all topics.
