Ummmmm....should we be expecting a taxpayer bailout on this one? Absolutely disgusting. I really don't care whether this congressperson is upside down on her loan or not, you can bet your bottom dollar that her "job isn't in jeopardy" and that's why she's walking away:

As soon as she heard there would be a bail out program starting, why would she make her payments.

I pitty the people who live in CA. Liberals all over, way over priced housing, earthquakes, lions, tigers, bears...
