I love all these smug agencies who feel they can do what they want and answer to no one. The smugness goes away quickly when the DOI gets involved....like it will with these clowns.

77flanerry, are you the guy answering the questions or are you promoting this product? Why is it that the new people are the ones that come on here with free life insurance?
The ass*ole arguing tonight didn't help any other agents on the call not want to do it. We're you on it to try to get agents to know this is a scam or just get your jolly's off? By the way I'm not a new life insurance agent I have been in the field for 4 years now and no I have no connection to Infinity Life but I going to and hope I can come back to this forum in a few months after I get my first commission check and say "you were wrong" about this company. But I i don't oh well just a lessoned learned on my be half.
Interesting. The Infinity Life website has been around an entire week and they really stepped up and bought the domain name for a whopping one years. Listen, if you buy a domain name for only one year you're either dead broke or running a child porn site.
GO READ THE 0 PREMIUM LIFE THREAD. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO MAKE A DIME OFF OF THIS. IT WILL NOT EVEN ROLL OUT BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING THE SAME UNETHICAL THINGS THAT MIRACLE DID. DON'T EMBARRASS YOURSELF.

Dude....like I said on this call....you can write me.....I WILL BE YOUR SECOND CLIENT....(after you write you and your family first)...for $10,000 I am sure you can afford the appointment fee.....the # is at the bottom.....
Ouuuu....but instead of child porn can I get topless skateboarding babes with my policy........

Wish I had tuned in at the beginning of the call. Missed the intro but talked to another agent today and she had listened in to a conf call with some guy from texas last week.
Her understanding was that there could be tax ramnifications on the proceeds to the bene's family.
Looks like we have an agency promoting this here in atlanta, after all
Calling themselves Bonded Life co in Dunwoody....Hey, that's a thug free zone isn't it?
Honestly, if you buy a domain for just one year you have no plans on sticking around for a while.
I'm on the Nevada DOI site doing an agency search for "Infinity Life" and "Infinity Life Insurance" and producing no results. So my 1st call tomorrow is to the Nevada DOI to make sure Infinity Life is properly licensed as an agency. Since they're using PayPal to collect the fees I'm guessing no. No only that, but it's not even a business PayPal account - it belongs to Tom.
Also, David Adolph is listed as the "CEO." That implies he's the chief officer for an extremely large company and there's a board. More likely that he's operating out of a 600 square foot rented office with duct tape on the arm of his chair.
I don't want to write you I want to write your parents. The commissions are bigger. I am going to write mine and my inlaws who are in their mid 70s. You know I though this forum was to help agents not make them feel stupid or criticize them but i was wrong and I have read all of the threads on the 0 premiums final expense forum I did that a few days ago before I even found Infinity.
Hey Healthagent, let me know what you find out. I have a few agent friends of mine that are interested and I have done my own investigations on this with the Iowa DOI and as of right now nothing has popped up on them.
Well, the corporate address of this "CEO" is 716 South Jones Blvd Las Vegas. Here's the arial of the office. Nice house - I wonder if his dog is chief financial officer.

Most likely a good assumption John! haha. I'm curious what you find out when calling the Nevada DOI. I would assume if they were making $10k commissions, they could afford to pay for their website for more than a year!
I sent Tom an email asking him to answer a bunch of questions. Here are the questions... I'll post if he answers....
Hi Tom,

I had just a few questions…..

The first one is that I want to make sure everything is legit with this type of policy. Obviously, when I get involved with a company, I want to do my due diligence and make sure everything is on the up and up. This is my livelihood, and if something happened where I was to lose my license, that would kill me financially (obviously), and if it's criminal, that would be even worse. Has this been approved with all the DOI’s, and most importantly, with the DOI in Michigan?? Please explain to me why I can't find anything on your company, or this product on the Michigan DOI website.

Second, what does the $78 contracting fee cover? I don’t quite understand that fee, as most appointment fee’s are between $5-20, and are paid directly to the insurance company. Can you explain to me in a bit more detail what this covers, and why it is necessary?? I’m not sure I’m comfortable paying you guys $78.00 before I even know what exactly it is that I’m selling, and how it works. Seems very fishy to me, Tom.

How about letting me see some marketing and sales materials so I can make an educated decision on whether or not I want to represent this product. It does sound like a fantastic opportunity if it was actually legit... however I’m sure you can understand that I am skeptical any time something sounds too good to be true. $10,000+ commissions really do sound too good to be true.

How long has your company been in business, and how long have you had your website up serving your agents?? I want to make sure your agency isn't going to just.... you know.... go away after 6 months and leave with all of our $78 without ever even giving us the opportunity to SELL anything.

How many of these policies total has your agency written?? How many agents are currently contracted? Do you have any agent contact numbers you can give me of people who are already working this system, and profiting from it??

Like I said, I’m just doing my research as I do before I sign up with any company. Please get back to me when you have a chance. Thank you.
