I stopped doing internet leads but there are other reasons I stopped.
Give me a call and I will let you know what else I found out I do not want to put on a public forum.
Well, everyone knows my touted and used methods; BtoB, telemarketing, doorhangers and anything else to generate your own leads.
For high volume shared leads work - and work well. Get 20 a day, manage them well and if you're organized you can really punch it out. However, I see absolutely no reason to get a low volume of shared leads. If you want to write a deal "here and there" and live off your spouse - fine. It's for you.
However, it's not a perfect world and overwhelmingly agents are simply not going to generate their own leads. We live is a
"I WANT IT NOW!" world and not many people want to invest the time to build up a local community presence.
So, I need good lead sources and system to recommend. Leadpod is one of those systems I simply have to try to establish the results. Like anything else I suspect they'll be for some people, not for others.
Interesting results on some of the leads I'm getting - some of the "horrible" companies aren't actually so horrible - very decent results.
Ps: the Walmart comments stays. Sorry.
