Does anybody know which company has the lowest rates, besides Oxford, for final expense?

That depends on where they are, health conditions, age, etc. There is no one company that has the best rates for everyone in every situation. Could you be a bit more specific about what you're looking for?

Usually LaFayette Life, some times better than Oxford, can be slow in getting issued

Lafayette Life has low rates but their telephone interview is tough. Make sure your prospect can qualify for their product.
