Question: Medical Payment to others (Home Insurance) Go to Top

Is it probable that the premium for home insurance would go up if one were to file a claim to medical payments to a guest? The guest was helping remove the wooden deck and stepped on a rusty nail which resulted in an infection.

The carrier is Safeco.
