Has anyone here used it to generate something other than health leads? I suspect that it could be used to generate voluntary benefit leads and other insurance leads; however, I can't figure out what the hook would be.

Be a little clearer - what exactly is voice messaging to business? Is that accessing voicemail boxes directly to solicit?

I believe he is talking about a prerecorded message sent through voice broadcast.

Voice broadcast is not limited to just health leads.

The hook is within the first 5 sec of your message.
