I'm shopping around for a male that wants $10,000 in final expense life, he's a smoker in good health and height & weight is fine. The cheapest I can find is around $80 a month. Anything cheaper out there? He's a Michigan resident

RNA is $47/mo. on thier underwritten whole life. There is no exam for a 65 year old. If he is in good health, you won't beat that rate on a whole life policy.

Then for a 66 year old, it's $49/mo. and there would be an exam. Still, no problem if he is in decent health.

when you say exam, do you mean phone interview or a nurse actually comes out

On 66 and older, it's a paramed exam with a nurse. I use it quite a bit. I've had a couple of people come back with table B offers. They took it because it was still less than anyone else's standard offer.
