How much are you looking for? How did you decide on that amount? Is it less than the Shareholders/Partners have in place on themselves?

What is his role in the business?

Do you need key man disability on him too?

A $500k 10 year term would be anywhere from $3k/y-$5300/y depending on what his health rating came back at. $1mill would be approximately double that.
