I haven't had the same problems of others either, but then I didn't write that much with Aetna until a few months ago. I can tell you that in November I must have received half a dozen checks, "catching me up" on cases they had not paid me on before. At least one was something like 17 months of back premiums.
It's bad enough when you are as earned and can't get paid on a timely basis. Gotta be worse when you have advances. Imagine the
GA's problem when they advance and then Aetna doesn't pay on that case for another 6 months.
If you get advances you may never get all you are due.
