ETFs Vs Mutual Funds

I'm not an expert on ETFs by any means, but I think individual ETFs are more true to their investment style compared to mutual funds.

The licensing required to offer them is a Series 7 or 65, since they are traded like a stock in real time, instead of mutual funds making all trades by the end of the trading day.
