Hey guys I bought 20 final expense voicemail leads that were bogus.Half of them told me they didnt want information and several others had dementia and a lady told me her 90 year old mother has Alzheimers and coulnt have left her information.I spoke with manager and he told me he would give me a new batch that was 2 weeks ago and I called several times and emailed my displeasure.I tild him I would contact the Ohio ATTNY General Do I have a case???

How did you pay? If it was credit card, dispute the charges. Contacting the AG's office is a waste of time.

The sad reality is that things like that happen when you buy leads. If these are autodialer leads he can't get you more without facing $16k per offense fines. As far as having a case, it's probably a complete waste of time. If you did the credit card route you probably have a chance at a refund, but if it's less than $500 you're better off just writing it off as a cost of business and moving on. You should read up on some other lead sources on here before you invest any more money on leads.

The autodialer leads suppose have voicemail attached. You should be able listen to the message. There are many reputable lead providers with good dialer leads. But I find dialer leads are not that effective as the mail drop leads. You should have go slow for 10 at a time to test out. Now dialer lead is banned, so there is noway to get more fresh dialer leads except the predictive dialer leads. But if that is the case, then should get more information than just a name and phone number.
