I get it now. You can't get over the first impression.

When have I been condescending as of late? I admitted and apologized about my gung ho self promoting attitude and switched to offering up free advice, articles and tips. I guess that was wrong too because I didn't charge anyone, members or non.

I posted this offer because several non IHIAA members (who have other affiliations I'm committed to) complained that it wasn't fair for them to pay a higher price.

I made a judgmental error by trying to appease them. Sometimes balance is tough.

I apologize to IHIAA members and I'm retracting this offer on their behalf.

I am fairly new on here so I don't know much about what you do...Is your training geared mainly toward health insurance or is it general sales training that could help me with everything I sell (life, health, financial services)?

I am doing fine, but fine is not really good enough for me so I am always looking for new ways to get better...
