Hi everyone hope all is well here is the deal moved to SA Texas 3 months ago sold FE with a company who does mailers,,had a great first week 5 apps then the bottom fell out,my lead costs went from 16 to 30 because of volume.I get no support is there a Mentor or Manager who wants an ethical hard working agent to show the ropes then some day I will do the same with a newbee.I'm tired of the pie in the sky BS pitches free leads pre set appts make 150000 a year Please help thanks Steve theboss2002at msn.com

This does not sound right, you sell five in your first week and then you lead cost nearly double, what are you not telling us? No lead is "free" you pay for it one way or the other. If you sold five your first week, I would imagine you have already been paid on those, so, you should be able to afford you own leads..

What company/company's are you using? You can make 150K or better it just takes some time..

I sold 5 in my first week 2 my second then nothing for 1 month.My lead costs were 24.00 first week 16 second due to production then 25-30 due to no production.I ran into several non english speaking clients,then the rest I tried calling door knocking and the rest of them thought the mailer was for free social security death benefit.I had 2 of them cancel so after everything I am in the hole.

You should do your own mailing with a mail house. Your cost would be the same. I know one place will give 22 dollars per lead. There is no association between lead and production.
