Screwed Again!

I wrote an MA on a lady who was on Medicare and her husband's group insurance. He is retiring so they will only be on Medicare. Got paid on her app today but only half. Whats wrong with this picture Batman. I thought after open enrollment ended we were to be paid full commission?

Why would you think that? CMS has always said they have to "authorize" the other half.

If I receive even part of what I'm owed I will be surprised.

Mike, you must be really hard up for business. Seems like every post is a solicitation for leads. It's like a guy walking in to a bar wearing a polyester leisure suit and walking up to anyone in a skirt offering to buy them a drink.

Just trying to provide something without a pricetage ie..those wonderful books some are pushing, majic databases that somehow get you in front of people, people to record your script for you...all with a pricetag...I read many previous-posts by many regulars before I responded to anyone and saw that many either push these costly items themselves or refer them to their buddies or simply try to belittle or embarass the poster.

To be honest, based on your demeanor on this board I'd suggest agents take street level and no leads over going with your agency. There's a lot to be said for having class and proper ways about conducting business.

If your agency is a reflection of your posts I can't imagine anyone of any quality would contact you.
