Was thinking of offering free WIlls on the spot ot all attendees, and selling final expense and ltc.

Stand outside Bob Evans or Cracker Barrell between 4:00-5:30 p.m. and hand out cards

They will REALLY need final expense if they're eating at a Cracker Barrell!

Oh please. Maybe it's the toothless old ladies as waitresses that scare me. Oh, sorry - that's Waffle House!

The best food is always served by tooth-less women and men with a lisp. Went down to SC to enjoy the great "southern" hospitality (never saw it), but the food was very good at some local restaurants in Charleston...

Contact your local Libraries and YMCA's. Tell them you will be giving an informational seminar about the changes in Medicare/Medicaid for 2007. Schedule it for either 11:00 am or 6:30 pm. The earlier time will get the elder citizens to attend. The latter time will get the elder citizens to attend, with their adult children.

As long as you keep it general, the library will do the promotion. Most libraries have whiteboards. If not, get a flipchart, and use that. Stay away from Powerpoint, they don't impress the elderly.

Expect anywhere from 8 to 12 people for the earlier time. Expect maybe 20 for the latter time.

Always have a sign in sheet with two headings: Name and Contact information.

This also works well with Senior groups at Churches.

Your profit: 100%

Perry Mason -

Read some of Newby's posts. He seems to have the secret to success in seminars.
